Smoking Policy

We are committed to providing our guests with smoke-free accommodations.  Smoking is not permitted inside cabins.  Smoking is allowed outside and on screened-in porches. Doors and windows must remain closed while smoking inside screened-in porches.  Smoking inside cabins or RV rentals will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in select cabins and RV spaces with a 2 pet maximum. A $25 pet fee is required per week or partial week per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your pet when making reservations, so we can accommodate you accordingly.  Pets are not permitted on the south end of the resort, near cabins 5 and 6, the store, boat ramp, and pool.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Trails End management has the right to not accept any pets on our property.

Reservation/Deposit/Cancellation Policy

All reservations require payment of one night’s stay for cabins/RV site rental at the time the reservation is made. If you must cancel for any reason, the deposit will be refunded upon request, if we are able to rent the cabin/RV site for the complete period that you had reserved. If we are not able to rent the cabin/RV site for that period, the deposit is non refundable. Minimum of one weeks cancellation notice is required.

If your stay with us is scheduled for 5 days or longer during the period of November through May, the following payment schedule will apply.

1. 25% of the estimated total rental bill for your stay is due as a deposit at the time of reservation is made.

2. The balance of the estimated total rental bill is due upon arrival.

3. If you must cancel for any reason, your total payment less a $100.00 service fee will be refunded upon request, if we are able to rental the cabin/RV site for the complete period you had reserved. If we are not able to rent the cabin/RV site for that complete period, the total money paid is non refundable.

We do not offer refunds for early departure.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover card for payment.
